Lean on Me HAS to be the best of this series yet! Seriously love me some Rachel!
You think she was a spitfire before, just wait until you get to know her up
close and personal in this book! I loved getting to see a different kind of
romance. Often we don't think of the disabled having a romance too, and Rachel
will teach us all a few new things ;)!!! Rachel struggles with allowing herself
to become close to someone due to not wanting others to feel sorry for her or
take advantage of her. I love watching the walls come down as she finally learns
just what love is.
Jared has had a rocky upbringing and wants nothing more
than to be with Rachel, but she has such a wall to break down. Jared's demons
make it hard for him to be truthful with others, even when a physical health
demon may make or break his future. Jared's definitely just as stubborn as
Rachel, making their relationship and emotional connection so real.
The humor in this book was fabulous and the steamy scenes
never fail. I cannot wait to see where this series ends, I have
enjoyed the wild ride so far! Absolutely fantastic book!!
