Review:
Judas was that unattainable man that all women want to tame and make theirs. Unfortunately, his father had other ideas and dreams form him.
Grace is the sweet girl that is driven and career oriented and wants to be in love.
This book makes me wonder how much of the drama really exists in the real world of politics, lawyers, and government officials. There were so many twists and turns and so much deception, mystery, and intrigue that you never really knew who was going to end up on top and who would be left out to dry and lose everything they have worked for. '
My heart broke fur Judas because he just wanted to live a normal life, but at the same time he didn't think he deserved it and often thought death would be a better option.
I hated Jack for the most part of the book. At the end I was still not a huge fan but, I could tell he loved his son and that he did the things he did because it was the only way he knew.
Ellis...... Well, he's a true government official in all sense of the word. He's manipulative, controlling, and expects everything to go his way or he will make sure it does by any means possible. This was a great book, I liked that there was the mystery and romance but, I really wish there would have been more interaction between Grace and Judas. ~Cathy~
